As much as I love the rain and the gray, I must admit that Seattle after a winter storm is phenomenal: pristine and forever and clean in your lungs, the water as blue as the sky. See the smidge of white on the left side? Those are the Cascades, snow-capped. Winter days never felt like this in Arizona.
