There's not really a recipe, she just explained it to me and I'm going to try to make it tonight! The ingredients are pie crust, brie and cranberry sauce. You also need a muffin pan. Throw some marshmallows on top, and you won't belive how scrumptious this is. It's my fave: Three Cups Mashed Sweet Potatoes 3/4 Cup Sugar 1/2 Cup Margarine Two Eggs One Teaspoon Vanilla 1/3 Cup Milk Mix all ingredients together and pour into a greased 13" X 19" baking dish. One Cup Light Brown Sugar 1/3 Cup Melted Margarine 1/2 Cup Flour One Cup Chopped Pecans Mix until crumbly, and sprinkle over sweet potato mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
