Hey Sasha,

An unsolicited diet idea (your least favorite phrase, it's ok if you stop reading now).

I recently did a women's triathlon, and as part of the training we ate a LOT of carbs in the morning, tapering off throughout the day. This was strange for me since I am typically not too hungry in the mornings, but will literally eat spoonfulls of brown sugar out of the box at night. Sugar especially. Sort of as a fluke, I realized that for some reason, my body needs a lot of carbs in the mornings -- and as soon as I started doing that, I STOPPED CRAVING SUGAR AT NIGHT. It was like a miracle.

But everybody's different.

I too have sugar issues. Have you tried honey? I really like non-fat Trader Joe's greek yogurt with honey at night. It doesn't always work - but it is worth a shot.
