You know Beet, my friend read this idea in a magazine about getting wallpaper samples and cutting them in shapes and gluing them on a coordinating piece of posterboard. then you frame it. When i went over her house, I thought she had BOUGHT it, it looked really really cool.

called “Girl With Skinned Knee” It seems rainy day to me, reminds me of the old Morton Salt ads. There are a couple other prints with rain themes, umbrellas there.

When I lived in Tacoma there was an apple tree in a field across the street from my house. It had one red apple that stood out so beautifully against the gray backdrop of the sky. I wish I’d had a camera back then. It would’ve made a perfect picture.

The thing is my apartment is right off the courtyard that has a fountain, so I always wake up thinking I’m hearing rain and then realize it’s just the fountain.
