Why don't you consider getting a massage? You can request a male or a female, suited to your comfort level. Some regular bodywork would do you WONDERS, Sasha! I don't live anywhere near you - or I would volunteer my services. :)~

Well there's that building manager guy, right? You should tell him you'll sleep with him if he helps you move some of your crap. That way you lay two birds with one stone. Or something like that.

I'm sure I give the worst advice ever.

I had one teacher, my junior year of high school, who swore I had adhd.
He said i complained more than any student he's ever had and could never pay attention for longer than five minutes.
truth is, AP history is the most boring class on the planet.
wow my story is enthralling
anyways....

Now, don't take this the wrong way, Sasha, but I think you need to get laid. Sex is nice and relaxing.

Strange question, but have you ever been evaluated for ADHD? I've been following your blog for awhile now, and just reading about your struggles and your symptoms reminds me a great deal of what my life was like for a very long time. Because I was (allegedly :-)) smart and "able to function", it didn't occur to anyone that ADHD was a remote possibility even when it became more and more mainstream. There were other diagnoses that seemed more obvious. However ... I found that having it identified and treated changed the entire course of my life. When you wrote in this post about having a hard time being by yourself for long periods even when you want to, not being able to relax, and so on, it sounded very familiar to me, so I figured I'd pass it on : )
