Well, I’m glad you’re making money doing this, b/c I sure ain’t! :) I know I should spend more time finding my voice and being consistent and blah blah blah, but with all the time working on site issues, SEO, networking, etc., I do good to do one lackluster post a day. I never bother to read comments, since my main purpose for visiting the site is to read what’s going on with celebs and hear your witty words. Some people just have far too much time on their hands / self esteem problem and seem to feel satisfied by bringing others down?…

all i have to contribute is this:

i think you are wrong about how important comment traffic is. but i say this without knowing what kind of batman tracking device you have going on there. a hot thread will bring people back again and again, re-reading their own comments and lurking and waiting for others. i find it pretty amusing, myself.
