Like a lot of you folks I've also had a bad time with various cable companies, COX included when I lived out in California. I finally made the best TV related decision of my life four years ago and moved to satellite. I've been a DISH customer ever since, and for the last four years have had no p[roblems whatsoever. The installation was on time and didn’t need rescheduled (TWICE with my cable company!!). Their customer service is top notch, they have TONS of HD channels, and best of all the price was so much less than cable! I've worked at one of the DISH call centers for the last year and love the fact that I hear about different deals or tech before it comes out, like the Logitech Revue or TV Everywhere (which I love). Whether or not I continue to work for the company though, I know I will be a customer for life.

NO problems. I am saving 47% a month. from what i usedto pay nad with their increases of 34% I am still paying less.
