I’m seeing traffic to this site coming in from Facebook. It’s coming from really random pages, like photo pages of people I’ve never even met and with whom I’m not even friends on FB.
If it were Evil Beet, I’d be like, “Oh, RealNetworks is probably running ads on Facebook,” and that would be that, but RealNetworks doesn’t manage this site. I also don’t run any ads on here or make any money from it at all — I just shell out cash for the hosting costs, so I lose money running this site. And I have certainly done no advertising for this site other than a link on EB and a link on my personal Facebook page.
How are these people getting here from Facebook?
I’m very confuzzled.
