R.E: 2);

You're the cutest thing ever Beet (Sasha? Beet?), you're a wee running addict now with your planned run website! :'D

Obviously I don't know you and will probably never meet you but I am genuinely really proud of you for taking this change in lifestyle seriously and getting results, because it takes a lot of bloody willpower! Congrazzi!

You go Sasha! I bet you're feeling that "runner's high" huh? It feels so good. I only run once a week but I do about 6 mi. Wish I could run more often but I don't have enough daylight time so I do Denise Austin at home instead, but totally prefer running. Thanks for MapMyRun.com, that's pretty awesome. I had no idea I was doing 6 mi before that. Keep it up girl!!!

That's how you do it Sasha...little bit by little bit. I've been doing marathons for years and yet there are times I am surprised I can run that far.

Here is another tip/mantra I have read and I actually used in my last two marathons: "pain is inevitable but suffering isn't". Believe it or not but it made a HUGE difference in the way I approached those last 6.2 miles of the race.

Good luck to you and keep up the amazing work. Running chicks are COOL!!!

Glad the book is working out for you. I was doing great with the running the past couple weeks and then a cold ruined it all. I am finally feeling better today, so back to the treadmill tomorrow.

Are you joining us for the Jingle Bell Run?

Sarah is signed up. I bet we can convince Lacy and Tiffers too.
