It's sort of like when women claim they are "full-figured" when they are trying to say they are fat so when the guy gets pissed off the women can claim they fully disclosed everything. Basically, it's the modern day "I like long walks on the beach and fingerpainting on rainy Friday nights... If I was that powerful, I would have used that power a long time ago for bad rather than good because it's more lucrative and interesting.)
