		<description>thank you!  that is truly the most exasperating aspect of phone customer service.  and aggravating beyond belief when they repeat something you told customer service person #1 but didn't tell them...  because they are looking at your file...  so they already KNOW your name/address/life history.

I work at a call center, which provides customer service for a large company.
I will get a lot of transfers from the call centers where regular agents work, the people who book your cars, set up your accounts, book your rooms etc.
Some of these regular agents, will transfer a customer because they honestly don't care, or because the customer asked a question they don't feel like answering.
It is the most frustrating thing in the world to answer a transferred call like that! 
Your post does give me the hope that some day, my company will also run as smoothly.</description>
